Data Protection Rules
In these Data Protection Rules – Privacy Policy (hereinafter: “Policy”), it is explained how Liber Novus d.o.o. Beograd, collects your personal data, how that data is used and who manages it. Liber Novus d.o.o. strives to protect your privacy and the security of your personal data.
Personal data is stored only if you make it available yourself – by ordering the product, you give your consent for its processing. Please read this Policy to understand the provisions relating to the protection of your privacy.
Personal data handler
Liber Novus d.o.o. Beograd is the personal data handler, that is, the entity that determines the purpose and manner in which personal data is processed, according to the Personal Data Protection Law (hereinafter: the Law).
Definitions:
Persons are all persons who entrust us with their personal data.
The site is a website at the address: www.biofieldcare.rs.
A site user is any person who accesses our site.
The product purchaser is a person who orders products through the Site.
Data is information about a person, that is, data related to a person whose identity is determined or determinable, directly or indirectly based on that data.
The Commissioner is the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Protection of Personal Data, with headquarters in Belgrade, street Bulevar Kralja Aleksandra, 15.
The cookie policy is the special rule on the collection of individual personal data on the Site through cookies, which form an integral part of the Privacy Policy.
Consent is consent to the processing of personal data that is given by accessing the Site and leaving data via the Site or by other means to the address of Liber Novus d.o.o. Beograd.
To whom the policy applies
This Policy applies to Product Purchasers, as well as other Users of this Site.
How and when we collect your personal data
We collect data primarily from you when you visit our Site, when you order products or when you provide us with your personal data in other way.
Each method of data collection has its own purpose and legal basis, and the collected data is kept confidential.
In some places on this site there may be links to other sites that do not belong to and are not under the control of Liber Novus d.o.o. Beograd. The fact that certain links may be placed on the Site does not mean that we are responsible for access to those sites, nor can we influence how the owners of those sites collect personal data.
Purpose and basis of personal data collected
Ordering products:
Purpose: If the customer wants to order any of the products through the Site, it will be necessary to provide certain personal data so that we can provide the service and deliver the product.
Data: Purchaser’s name and surname, purchaser’s address, email address, phone number and other personal data that the purchaser enters in the purchase order on the website.
Basis: Processing is necessary for the conclusion of the sales contract. Without obtaining the data, the contract could not be concluded.
Site user:
Purpose: If the user of the Site wants to contact Liber Novus d.o.o. Beograd through the Site.
Data: Any data that the Site User decides to submit by sending an e-mail message/query.
Basis: Processing is necessary to respond to an e-mail message/inquiry.
In addition to the data listed here, we also collect certain personal data through cookies in accordance with the “cookie policy”.
All of the aforementioned data can be processed with automated decision-making, including profiling. Profiling is any form of automated processing used to assess a specific personality trait, using an algorithm. There may be automated decision-making, which includes profiling based on the data you have already provided to us. If you do not agree with the decision, you have the rights provided by the provisions of the Law.
Where and how your data is stored
Liber Novus d.o.o. Beograd has taken care to implement technical measures in order to protect personal data from unauthorized or illegal processing, as well as from accidental loss or access to your personal data.
Access to places where personal data is stored is restricted with access security control features. Only employees of Liber Novus d.o.o. Beograd who have authorization to access the data can access the data. Liber Novus d.o.o. Beograd understands the importance of personal data and applies internal procedures for their protection.
Personal data is not shared with any third parties, with the exception of the cases specified in
this section:
1. Personal data that Liber Novus d.o.o. Beograd collected from job candidates are submitted to the competent authorities.
In certain situations, personal data may be shared with third parties with whom we have contracts to keep confidential data (IT experts, providers of legal services, accountants or to ensure the provision of other services).
Personal data retention period and their security
The Handler stores data only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of processing, unless the data storage period is prescribed by law, in which case the Handler stores such data within the prescribed period, after which the data is deleted.
Liber Novus d.o.o. Beograd will process the personal data collected for the purpose of exercising rights and obligations from the business relationship as long as the business relationship with the person to whom the data relates lasts, except in cases where there is an obligation to keep the data even after the end of the business cooperation in in accordance with the provisions of the Law, the existence of the person’s consent or the conduct of proceedings before the competent authority.
In the event that personal data is processed solely on the basis of the consent of the person to whom it relates, the data will be saved until the same consent is withdrawn.
We store the data provided by the Job Candidate for two years from the date of data submission.
In case that proceedings have been initiated before the competent authority (judicial, administrative or other personal data may be stored until the end of such proceedings.
YOUR RIGHTS AS A DATA DATA SUBJECT
The person whose personal data is processed has the rights guaranteed by law:
Right to access data
The person to whom the data refers has the right to request information from the Handler on whether it is processing his personal data, as well as to request access to that data (on the purpose of processing, on the legal basis, on the category of data, on the right to correction/deletion of data about personality and other rights provided by the Law. We will provide a response to the requested information no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the request. If your request is clearly unfounded or excessive, and especially if it is repeated frequently, Liber Novus d.o.o. Beograd may charge the necessary administrative costs of processing at your request or refuse to act on the request, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law.
Right to rectification of data
The data subject has the right to have inaccurate personal data corrected.
The right to delete data
The data subject has the right to have his personal data deleted in the following cases:
– if the personal data is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected or otherwise processed;
– if the person to whom the data refer has revoked the consent on the basis of which the processing was carried out;
– the person to whom the data refer has submitted an objection to the processing;
– personal data were illegally processed;
– if personal data must be deleted in order to fulfill the legal obligations of the Handler.
The right to restriction of data processing
The person to whom the data refers has the right to have the processing of his personal data restricted by the Handler in case that person disputes the accuracy of the personal data; or if the processing is not in accordance with the law; or the Handler no longer needs the personal data to achieve the processing purpose; or the person to whom the data refer has submitted an objection to the processing.
The right to object
If he considers that it is justified in relation to the special situation in which he is, the person to whom the data refer has the right to submit to the Handler at any time an objection to the processing of his personal data, which is carried out for the purpose of performing tasks in the public interest or execution of the legally prescribed authorizations of the Handler, as well as carried out in order to achieve the legitimate interests of the Handler or a third party, including profiling based on those provisions.
Right to withdraw consent
If data processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent only by sending an email to info@biofieldcare.rs or sending a letter to the address: Belgrade, street Strahinjića bana 52b/1 (the text of the revocation is informal and should contain enough information to enable the implementation of the revocation). We will carry out the registration of the revocation of further data processing as soon as possible (the revocation will be registered so that further data processing will not be carried out). Withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of data processing based on the consent given before its withdrawal.
Right to transfer
The data subject has the right to transfer the data to another Handler if the processing is based on consent, or the processing is automated.
The right to submit a Complaint to the Commissioner
The person to whom the data refers has the right to file a complaint with the Commissioner if he believes that the processing of his personal data has been carried out contrary to the provisions of the Law. Forms for submitting a complaint to the Commissioner can be found on the website of the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Protection of Personal Data.
